 The Marion County Recorder’s offers a number of services that enable customers to more quickly record and receive their documents. ​​

eRecording

Our office partners with four national eRecording vendors. For a nominal fee, customers can submit, track and receive your documents electronically. Fewer rejections and faster returns will save you and your customers time and money. Contact our vendor partners today:

​​Average return time for deeds & other conveyance documents:
Paper - 4-5 days; eRecord - 1-2 days

Average return time for all other documents: 
Paper - 1-2 days; eRecord - 2-3 hours





eReturn

Documents submitted on paper may be returned electronically​. Save time and money using SWIFT, our FREE electronic service. ​ You can also choose to receive both your original and an electronic copy returned to you. Contact  our office for more information.

Customers who record documents in person in our office also have the option of  receiving an electronic copy of their document returned to them.
