Outreach Programs

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department offers a number of outreach and education programs for children.  Details relating to several of these programs may be found by visiting the links at the left.

The department's PAL Club also provides a variety of programs and services to the youth of Indianapolis, and the Explorer Program gives youth an opportunity to explore a career in law enforcement.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department "Stop and Think" program is sponsored by the Chaplain's office and gives youths in grades 6 - 9 the chance to spend time with the Sheriff and his staff.
