The Mayor's Action Center (MAC) provides ​the citizens of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County with a single point of contact to request City services, obtain information, or provide feedback. The following are just a few of the issues that can be reported through the MAC: 
  •      ​ Potholes
  •       Missed trash collections
  •       Abandoned vehicles
  •       Traffic signal or signs
  •       Zoning violations
  •       And many more!
In ​an effort to provide excellent customer service, the MAC now offers several ways for citizen's to request  services and to check the status of an existing service request around the clock through RequestIndy online and the FREE RequestIndy mobile applications.  As always, the MAC can still be contacted by calling (317) 327-4MAC.
