Greetings and welcome letters are provided by the Mayor’s Office to be of service to Indianapolis residents and guests. Letters of welcome and greeting are provided for conventions, conferences, reunions, or celebrations of local events or organizations. Requests for a message from the Mayor should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date on which the letter is required. Information for any field with an asterisk(*) is required.
