Since 2008, the MAC has made more than 67,000 outbound calls to citizens letting them know about the closed status of their request and measuring their satisfaction.

The MAC has answered more than 240,000 calls in 2010, a 9 percent increase over 2007, but the abandoned call rate is less than two percent in 2009 and 2010.
