This “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) is official notification pursuant to IC 5-16-11, 1-4 of need for professional services for the City of Indianapolis - Department of Metropolitan Development regarding a feasibility study, including inventory and analysis, of a proposed Washington Meadows Housing Tax Increment Financing district in the vicinity of 38th Street and Rural Avenue. A submittal of a qualification statement does not guarantee that the Consultant will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the City of Indianapolis that the Consultant desires to be considered.
Notice is hereby given by the Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD), that on the  2nd day of July, 2015 at 1 p.m., local time (EST), the Metropolitan Development Commission (MDC), in the Public Assembly Room of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, will open and consider written offers for the sale of certain Property(s) of real estate (the "Property").The following is the link to the Notice.

ON-call Environmental Consulting Services RFQ
The Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County (City,) Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD,) Brownfield Redevelopment Program (BRP) is requesting qualifications from consultants (Consultants) interested in providing environmental consulting services including assessments and incidental related services in accordance with the attached scope of services and sample contract. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued to solicit information, qualifications and statements of interest from firms able to provide such services on an on-call basis as needed by the City and its agencies. Submissions will be used by the City of Indianapolis to identify professionals meeting the required qualifications standards and capable of providing the necessary services.  The City may then proceed to negotiate fees with qualified respondents.  Submission of a qualification statement does not guarantee that a respondent will be contracted to perform any services; it only serves as notice to the City of Indianapolis that a respondent desires to be considered.

Request for Project Proposals – Urban Agriculture
The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) will be accepting proposals for projects to be part of the 2015 U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Entitlement Programs. The Request
for Proposal (RFP) process will commence on April 6th, 2015 and end 12:00pm on May 18th, 2015.  Award announcements are anticipated to be made the week of June 8th, 2015.
This Request for Project Proposals seeks to transform formerly underutilized or vacant land and/or buildings into economically viable urban farms or urban agriculture related businesses. These proposed projects will provide connections to fresh produce for surrounding communities and allow for nutritional education in neighborhoods
considered food deserts. Project proposals will address National Objectives for the CDBG as defined by HUD, and local priorities identified by the City of Indianapolis to support urban agriculture investment and redevelopment.
