Request for Qualifications-Fair Housing Task Force
The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) is requesting qualifications from interested vendors for a Service Agreement(s).  This Request for Qualifications is being issued to solicit statements of interest from qualified individuals or firms able to serve as facilitator(s) to convene a task force that will be created to study certain Impediments to Fair Housing as identified in
the City’s Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing.

 

2015 HOME Transit Oriented Development RFP-

The Department of Metropolitan Development is accepting applications through the HOME Investment Partnership Program Grant for the development of multi-family housing along proposed rapid transit corridors. Applications are due March 18, 2015.

The Department of Metropolitan Development is accepting rolling applications for the Community Development Block Grant. The applications outline the due dates for each round of funding.

2015 HOME Multi-Family Applications and Proforma

The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) is now accepting proposals for projects to be part of the 2015 U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Entitlement Programs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) process will commence on Monday, August 4th, 2014 and end on Monday, September 8th, 2014. Award announcements are anticipated to be made on or about October 2014.
