This “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) is official notification by the City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development (City) that it is soliciting Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional environmental services to support implementation of the City’s U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Assessment Grant for the UNWA District. A submittal of qualification statement does not guarantee that the firm will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the City of Indianapolis that the firm desires to be considered.

Draft 2013 Annual Action Plan

The Community Resources Division has released the draft 2013 Action Plan. This document presents the City's strategies for allocating CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA funds to specific projects. Public comment can be sent to and will be accepted through November 15th, 2012.
