The following  “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) is official notification of need for professional services for the City of Indianapolis - Department of Metropolitan Development regarding the development of a data model to direct and support a tax revenue analysis and projections for the Marion County Comprehensive Plan update.

Please also note:  Under "Submission of Qualifications", the following sentence should be stricken: "The submission of qualifications should demonstrate the Respondent’s ability to underwrite and service both the EPA RLF and the HUD grants as separate programs." 


The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) is now accepting proposals for projects to be part of the 2015 U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Entitlement Programs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) process will commence on November 3rd, 2014 and end 12:00pm on December 16th, 2014. Award announcements are anticipated to be made January 2015. Project proposals will address National Objectives for the CDBG as defined by HUD, and local priorities identified by the City of Indianapolis to support urban manufacturing investment and redevelopment.

The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) is now accepting proposals for projects to be part of the 2015 U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Entitlement Programs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) process will commence on Monday, August 4th, 2014 and end on Monday, September 8th, 2014. Award announcements are anticipated to be made on or about October 2014.

This RFQ is official notification of the need for professionals services for the financial management of the U.S. EPA Brownfields-Environmental Cleanup, U.S. HUD Community Development Block Grant Loan
