This Court is established under the authority of the Indiana Constitution.

The Marion Superior Court was established as the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Indiana under the authority of Indiana Code Title 33 [I.C. 33-33-49].

SMALL CLAIMS COURTS

The Marion County Small Claims Court system is established by an act of the State Legislature under Article 33 of the Indiana Code [I.C. 33-34-3].

Attorney ID Cards 2012-13

This privilege is extended to members of the Bar as officers of the court. An authorized attorney identification card, approved by the Court, may be presented to a court security officer at a security screening station, permitting the attorney to enter a secured area without having his or her person or articles automatically subjected to a search.
